Our development team pioneered the automated delivery of confirmation messages in the telecommunications marketplace. From this wealth of experience, we offer both design and turn-key delivery service capability to match your needs and extend your markets.
Our in-house calling platforms offer users the ability to prepare a personalized voice message to be delivered to one or one million called parties simply using a telephone or computer. We take the prerecorded message and make repeated attempts to reach the called party over a user defined schedule. When reached, the called party can record a reply that is stored as a voice file and emailed for retrieval by the person initiating the outbound call.
To facilitate tracking of calling results, we utilize a state-of-the-art Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) to store data and produce reports via email and the web. Through Structured Query Language (SQL) statements contained in preprogrammed applications, virtually unlimited reporting options are available. Standard reports show outbound calling, inbound calling and answering performance. Call answering is categorized as either answered calls or unanswered calls. There are eleven status codes including: busy, ring no answer, network intercept, answer by someone other than the party called, answering machine, caller hang up, etc.
Our calling services are primarily intended for delivery through an Application Service Provider (ASP) model. Through a managed service option or transaction based 'pay-as-you-go' approach, we provide a very cost effective way for organizations to quickly implement our service while limiting their financial investment.
